To help ensure a safe and smooth procedure, please review the following instructions prior to your pet’s surgery.
The Night Before Surgery
Pets should have no food or water after 10:00 PM the night before their procedure. This is important to reduce the risk of complications while under anesthesia.
Medications
If your pet is currently taking any medications, please check with our team prior to surgery day to confirm whether they should be continued or temporarily withheld.
Surgery Drop-Off
Please make sure you have your assigned drop-off time written down. Our typical surgery check-in times are scheduled between 8:15 AM, 8:30 AM, and 8:45 AM.
At drop-off, a member of our team will:
Review your pet’s medical information
Go over the treatment plan and estimate
Answer any questions you may have
This helps ensure everything is clearly communicated and your pet is fully prepared for their procedure.
Day of Surgery
Please arrive on time for your scheduled drop-off to allow us to stay on schedule and provide proper care for all patients.
