I've been to this vet twice with two different foster dogs. I'll admit to some initial trepidation, because rescues, by necessity, are very focused on cost, and I've had some horrible experiences with vets they have sent me to in the past. So VPAnimal Clinic was a breath of fresh air. To begin with, it was very clean. It was not overcrowded, and the few others in the waiting area had their pets under control. The Clinic felt calm, quiet, and welcoming. The receptionist, techs, and vet were all very pleasant and truly seemed to care about the dogs. They were reassuring, both to me and to the pups. In all, my experiences were both very good.
Went to this vet for the first time a couple weeks ago and took in a newly rescued shelter dog. Although we arrived a couple minutes late due to the rain, the staff was so understanding.
We didn't wait at all in the lobby and fortunately was taken to the exam room upon entering.
The vet tech was gentle and understanding of how shy Kukura was. She was also quick on administering her vaccines safely.
When the doctor came in for an exam, he was understanding and gentle to handle her.
The doctor, the vet techs, all the way to the front desk receptionist were extremely kind and extremely understanding of shy, timid dogs so I was super relieved. Thank you!

I want to thank Villa Park Animal Clinic for their understanding with an upsetting issue. Our female German Shepherd goes there for baths and immunizations. We appreciate their grooming as it includes nail trim, glands, ears, etc. I know this clinic has struggled to keep a vet in house but it's my understanding that the practice was sold to a couple. I was very pleased with the outcome and their service. I would recommend giving the new owners a chance.
Loved this clinic. The front staff was sooo welcoming and pleasant. Dr. Muso and her team really made me and my little Lestat feel right at home. Looking forward to many years of being able to call this our veterinary office :) Thank you to all the ladies that showered Lestat in love and care today. I appreciate it.
